Privacy & cookies

Nockburra Creek Farm (K.M Albrecht & P.G Szabo, ABN 52 725 168 915) runs this website. We are a small family farm, not a data business. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your information when you use nockburra.com.

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form collects the details you type into it: your name, company, role, email, phone, website, and what you tell us about the product, volumes and timing you have in mind.

That information is emailed straight to Peter Szabo so he can reply to you. We use it to answer your enquiry and to keep talking with you about supply. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the farm and the people who help us run it.

If you would like to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email peter@nockburra.com and we will sort it out.

What we measure about visits

We want to know whether the site is doing its job: whether people find it, whether they read past the first screen, and whether anything is confusing. Two tools help with that.

You can read Microsoft's account of how Clarity handles data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or global privacy signal, Clarity honours it. Blocking cookies in your browser settings also stops it, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Email we send

If you ask to hear from us, or we are already dealing with you, we may send occasional updates about the farm and its products. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and it works.

Security and storage

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and enquiry emails are held in Microsoft 365, both with access limited to Peter and the small team helping run the farm's marketing. Some of these services store data outside Australia, which is normal for cloud email and hosting.
